What is The Descent Part 2 about?
The Descent Part 2 (2009) is a horror film that continues its story line from the first film, The Decent. After Sarah manages to escape from the blind creatures in the cave that wanted to kill her and her friends, the police force have some questions for her. As Sarah is in shock, she doesn’t remember much about the caves. They make her, and a team go back to the caves in order to investigate what is down her. Sarah desperately doesn’t want to explore those caves again. What do they find though when they go back to the caves? Do they find Sarah’s old friends left there? Do they find those creatures that were in the first Descent film? Watch The Descent Part 2 horror film to find out the answers to these questions!
Would horror lovers enjoy this film?
This film was really well connected to the first film, and answers a few of the unanswered questions from the first one. However, we did not get anywhere near as scared as when we saw the first one. This was a better “second film” then what most horror films do, but still not quite as gripping, entertaining or as frightening as the first one. Still worth a watch though if you liked The Decent.
