Suspiria (2018)

What is Suspiria (2018) about?

Suspiria is a psychological horror film about a young American dancer named Susie, who gets accepted to learn dance at a world-renowned dance school in Berlin. She is told that she was only accepted as a pity vote, but soon shows the teachers there that she is one of the best. Bit by bit some of the dancers realise that there are many secrets being kept at the dance school, however, whenever anyone gets close to realising what these secrets are they tend to go missing. No body is able to find them even after a long time of their disappearance. What could be happening to these people? Where could they be going? Watch Suspiria (2018) to find out these answers.

Would horror lovers enjoy this film?

Suspiria is a really good horror film to watch. The only criticism that we’d personally have with it though, is that it does take a long time to get into the story line. But then again, we’re not the director, so maybe it wouldn’t have worked as well without this. We really did enjoy watching this film, and it is not very often that a horror film ticks as many boxes as this one did. Suspiria manages to get the perfect mix of understanding when to keep the audience out of the twists, as well as when to include us to them. This creates the illusion that we too are unsure what is happening at times, just as the characters in the film are also. If you love watching horror movies, then you should probably check this film out. It’d be a shame for you to miss out on such a brilliant gem!
