What is 28 Days Later about?

28 Days Later is a British horror film about a zombie apocalypse world. A character named Jim wakes up in an abandoned hospital. He leaves the hospital and walks around London to find out what happened. After stumbling around he enters a church where he finds zombies and a zombie priest that then tries to kill him. Whilst running he stumbles along a few surviving people who help him survive along the way. They then manage to get into a large block of apartments where they find a Father and his daughter holding up. They talk about a safe place that they’ve heard about on the radio and after talking about the long and dangerous journey, they eventually make the decision to give the journey a go. The trip is long and there are a lot of zombies wondering around the streets. Especially at night time. Do they end up getting to the safe place in the end? Is it all that they thought it would be? 28 Days Later is the type of horror film that you’ve got to have watched at least once in your life! Within the zombie genre of horror, 28 Days Later is seen as an absolute classic. From zombie slaying, to comedy, to romance, this film has more than enough to keep you entertained all the way through. We really enjoyed watching this film, because it was just such an easy watch. There wasn’t a scene that we didn’t enjoy as it involves so many entertaining moments from start to finish. To answer the question “would horror lovers enjoy this film” then the answer is yes. Especially if you like zombies!
