We don’t know why, but we just feel like these types of horror films never work. As you can imagine, basically every shot in this film purposely is shown through the lense of a laptop. We feel that this camera shot might not be the worst idea for a one-off scene in a horror film, but when it is dragged on throughout all of the movie the film can become quite uncomfortable to watch after a while. The story line itself of the film is relatively basic, and there are not any horror twists that stood out to us. Would horror film lovers enjoy this film? Most likely not. It had a very low budget version of paranormal activity vibe to it. We get that the unique part of the film was the constant laptop, camera shots but it was just frustrating after a while. If you looked away from the film for ten minutes then looked back it would looked exactly the same. The acting wasn’t too bad, but a couple of the characters were annoying. Overall, in our opinion, this isn’t a great horror, and you can probably go without watching it if you love horror.
